Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at revjc.com (the “Site”), including any purchases of physical merchandise or digital downloads made through the Site. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or placing an order.

By accessing the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

The Site is operated by DLHERO LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“DLHERO LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). DLHERO LLC is the sole parent and managing entity of ENTH3 LLC (also known as ENTH3 Publishing), a Wyoming limited liability company that owns all intellectual property associated with the REVJC artist brand, ENTH3 Publishing catalog, and related creative works.

Legal Entities:

  • DLHERO LLC — Wyoming LLC, holding company and site operator
  • ENTH3 LLC (dba ENTH3 Publishing) — Wyoming LLC, IP owner and music publishing entity

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase through the Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products and Services

The Site offers two categories of products:

3.1 Physical Merchandise

Physical goods including apparel, accessories, and collectibles sold under the REVJC and ENTH3 brand. Physical merchandise is subject to availability and may be fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand or fulfillment partners. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout.

3.2 Digital Downloads

Digital audio files (MP3, WAV, FLAC) and other digital content from the ENTH3 Publishing catalog, including releases by REVJC and affiliated artists. All digital works are registered with BMI and carry ISRC codes issued under ENTH3 LLC (ISRC Registrant QT-3QE, registered with RIAA/USISRC.org). UPC codes are issued under GS1 Prefix 0850010518 registered to ENTH3 Publishing.

Digital downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. See Section 7 (Intellectual Property) for full restrictions.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, duplicate, or in violation of these Terms. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is accepted.

5. Digital Download Policy

All digital download sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, no refunds will be issued regardless of whether the file has been downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Physical Merchandise Returns and Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests for physical merchandise under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • You contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is not a final sale or limited-edition item marked as non-returnable

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Intellectual Property

All music, compositions, lyrics, artwork, logos, graphics, brand names, and other creative content available on the Site or sold as digital downloads are the exclusive intellectual property of ENTH3 LLC (ENTH3 Publishing), protected under United States copyright law, international copyright treaties, and applicable trademark law.

Music compositions are registered with BMI (Broadcast Music, Inc.) under Publisher IPI 01348209252 and Songwriter IPI 01019541970. Sound recordings are registered with SoundExchange. All works are registered at the United States Copyright Office.

Purchase of a digital download grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial listening use only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform any purchased content
  • Use any content in sync, film, television, advertising, or any commercial project without a separate written sync license from ENTH3 LLC
  • Upload or redistribute purchased files to any platform, service, or network
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any ISRC codes, copyright notices, or metadata embedded in audio files
  • Reverse-engineer, stem-separate, or create derivative works from purchased audio without written authorization

8. User Accounts

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe any intellectual property rights of ENTH3 LLC or any third party
  • Transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site without prior written consent

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DLHERO LLC AND ENTH3 LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
